The process was smooth and hassle-free—I received a return label via email without any issues and in couple of days I got confirmation that my refund had been processed. Although they mentioned it could take up to 10 days, it was completed almost immediately.Even before the refund was fully processed, I was so confident in their service that I placed a couple more orders.
