I am shocked by the poor experience with this supplier. We received essential filters that were already beyond their expiry date. When we raised the issue, the supplier falsely claimed the date was for manufacture, which contradicts official data. We provided clear evidence, including product details and photos, showing the items were expired and unusable. Despite this proof, the supplier has not replaced the expired stock, issued a refund, or communicated any plan of action. We are left with unusable products, and the supplier has stopped all communication, showing a complete lack of customer service and accountability. Avoid this supplier to spare yourself the trouble.
