I am truly shocked by how poorly this entire situation unfolded with this supplier. We received essential consumable filters that were already beyond their indicated expiry date. When we raised this issue, the supplier misleadingly asserted that the printed date was the manufacturing date, which is factually incorrect and contradicts the official data sheets. We provided clear evidence, including product information and photos, proving that the items were expired and unsuitable for use. Despite this undeniable proof of their error, the supplier has not replaced the expired products, issued a refund, or communicated any plan of action. We are stuck with unusable, expired items, and the supplier has stopped all communication, showcasing a disturbing lack of customer service, responsibility, and integrity. Do yourself a favor—steer clear of this supplier at all costs.

There is a good selection of products available, comparable to other major electronic component distributors. However, delivery times are lacking. I placed an order late on a Friday, and by Tuesday morning, it still wasn't with the courier. In contrast, a similar order from another supplier arrived much quicker. Service quality has plummeted

I never thought a company could decline so drastically, but this supplier has surpassed expectations in a negative way. They used to provide almost everything needed with next-day delivery and free shipping. Now, they frequently fail to deliver on time, impose minimum order values, and have added unexpected shipping costs.
