I decided to give this company another chance after a previous bad experience. Unfortunately, I won't be returning unless absolutely necessary. Their promised 1-2 day delivery is misleading; my order took four days. A later order with a competitor arrived in just 36 hours. Their claims about delays being due to high demand are just excuses for poor capacity. Their response to my concerns only made matters worse, as they couldn't keep their explanation consistent. Trust has been lost, and I will now prioritize other suppliers.
