I never thought a company could decline so drastically, but this supplier has surpassed expectations in a negative way. They used to provide almost everything needed with next-day delivery and free shipping. Now, they frequently fail to deliver on time, impose minimum order values, and have added unexpected shipping costs. A recent order has been stuck in processing for over a week, which is completely unacceptable. There’s no longer a reason to order from this supplier, and I fear they have lost touch with their core customer base.
