When we raised this issue, the supplier misleadingly asserted that the printed date was the manufacturing date, which is factually incorrect and contradicts the official data sheets. We provided clear evidence, including product information and photos, proving that the items were expired and unsuitable for use. Despite this undeniable proof of their error, the supplier has not replaced the expired products, issued a refund, or communicated any plan of action. We are stuck with unusable, expired items, and the supplier has stopped all communication, showcasing a disturbing lack of customer service, responsibility, and integrity.
