This service is a scam. I purchased a flexible ticket, but when I tried to change dates, I was hit with a service fee. The customer service is unhelpful and merely sends automated responses. After trying to rebook for days, they demanded more money due to fare increases. Booking directly with the airline is much clearer. I may have to discard my ticket as using it incurs extra charges.
