I called this service to add a carry-on bag to my flight. After a long wait, I was cut off and had to explain my request again. They added a checked bag instead of the carry-on I wanted. When I asked for a refund, I was told it was too late and that they could only add checked bags. I would have preferred to pay less for a carry-on directly with the airline.
