The website is misleading. While browsing, it seemed like the official airline site, which is quite deceptive. Once I discovered it wasn't, I requested an immediate refund. I was then connected to a call center where the representatives were unhelpful and reluctant to issue a full refund. They kept £35 as fees, which I find unfair. I feel misled and want a complete refund without any deductions. Please be cautious with this site, as it is misleading and dealing with ineffective support is a waste of time.
