I initiated a return in good faith, but during the live chat, I was accused of dishonesty and treated in a condescending manner. I have evidence of this exchange. Although the item was never returned or examined, the company later asserted that the original packaging was missing, using this unfounded claim to restrict my refund options. The packaging was intact, and no clarity was provided on who made this judgment or how. Rather than facilitating a simple return, I was coerced into accepting a 50% refund to keep an item I did not want, with a full refund presented as a “negotiation.” This issue arose solely from the behavior of customer service, not from any lack of cooperation on my end. If you face any issues with your order, be ready for pushback, inconsistent explanations, and very inadequate support. I would strongly recommend thinking carefully before placing an order with this company.
