Awful Company. I advised damage to a picture on receipt and sent photographs. I said the goods were sub standard and wanted to return them. So far I’ve been offered 10% discount if I keep it. Then 10% off my next purchase as it would cost me too much to return the items to them. I replied to decline on both occasions. Next two emails say they will replace the damaged one in 9-11 weeks. Both times I’ve refused and said I want to return. Todays email said that as I don’t reply to their emails my complaint has been put on hold. They are a joke. I’ve reported to PayPal now.

Have had an absolute nightmare with this company trying to return two toilets. The return process is ridiculous and lengthy and they don't respond promptly at all. It's all based on china and actually impossible to get to a real human initially. The man on the phone didn't understand my request.

They also insist on returning the toilet on a pallet and that they can't accept the return without one despite no pallet coming with the item. So we had to source our own pallets just to return these items - ridiculous.

I bought two toilets - neither of which fit the plumbing in my bathroom so have to be returned. One had a diagram which made out the trap was at the back of the toilet whereas in fact it was in the middle so false advertising in my opinion.

They seem unable to return them both items at the same time and therefore insist on charging me the £57 odd return fee PER ITEM. I don't understand why they can't return both items together at a later date.

They state they have a showroom in Birmingham but every customer service platform is based in china. They also avoid answering your questions - not sure if that's a language barrier or an avoidance.

£120 down for two unsuccessful items - I certainly won't be ordering from this company again.

They have replied saying they will definitely provide a solution to which they have none. Avoid this company!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Do NOT make a purchase from this seller. I have received nothing and they refuse to provide a refund, claiming it has been dispatched, yet the tracking has only shown "Awaiting your parcel" for the past 6 days. I will initiate a chargeback with my card provider, but please, take my experience as a warning and DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLATFORM.

Avoid purchasing from this service, particularly flat pack furniture

Steer clear of this service, especially for flat pack furniture. The assembly instructions are terrible; the numbered pieces don’t match the guide. The instructions are so small I had to use my phone's camera to read them. The delivery experience was also lacking, as I received one box while the other was missing.

Extremely disappointing customer service experience.

I encountered one of the most frustrating customer service experiences. I initiated a return in good faith, but during the live chat, I was accused of dishonesty and treated in a condescending manner. I have evidence of this exchange. Although the item was never returned or examined, the company later asserted that the original packaging was missing, using this unfounded claim to restrict my refund options. The packaging was intact, and no clarity was provided on who made this judgment or how. Rather than facilitating a simple return, I was coerced into accepting a 50% refund to keep an item I did not want, with a full refund presented as a “negotiation.” This issue arose solely from the behavior of customer service, not from any lack of cooperation on my end. If you face any issues with your order, be ready for pushback, inconsistent explanations, and very inadequate support. I would strongly recommend thinking carefully before placing an order with this company.

Disappointing Experience with Dining Set Order

I purchased a dining table along with 6 beige chairs for £1,230. While the table top wasn't exactly the same color as shown in the images, I could accept that. However, the chairs have been a significant issue. In the initial delivery, 4 chairs were one shade of beige, while 2 were a noticeably different pinkish-beige. After I filed a complaint, the company sent 2 replacement chairs, but they were again in the pinkish beige shade. This was quite disappointing, prompting me to complain once more. After weeks of waiting, I received another 2 chairs, hoping that regardless of the shade, I would at least have 6 chairs in a similar color, whether it was the standard beige or pinkish beige. However, upon opening the box, I found a third shade: warm white. Now, I have a total of 10 chairs: 4 in light beige

2 in warm white This situation has been incredibly frustrating, time-consuming, and disappointing. When I raised another complaint, the response I received was that "different batches can have different shades and this shouldn't impact usage." This was quite rude and unacceptable. While I understand that different batches can vary in shade, this does not align with what is advertised on the website or what I ordered.
Moreover, stating that different batches can yield different shades does not absolve the obligation to provide a matching set when sold as a single dining set. Such a significant mismatch is a quality issue, not merely a usage concern. Furniture is inherently visual and aesthetic, and this defect severely affects its suitability for its intended purpose.
In summary, it has now been 2 months, and I still can't complete my dining set. I strongly advise others to reconsider before making a purchase from this company, and I certainly will not be buying from them again.

Caution - Misleading materials used in product

Caution - the item I purchased was advertised as leather and wood, but it is neither. It’s made of PVC for the leather and PVC that is painted to imitate wood grain for the frame. It’s low-quality material that only appears decent from afar and for a brief time. I am extremely disappointed.

Service reliability is questionable.

This service feels unreliable. I ordered a large kitchen island shipped from overseas with a long delivery time. Instead of reaching out to schedule a suitable delivery date, the delivery team informed me last minute that they would arrive the next day. I wouldn't be home, so I requested a different date. They provided only one alternative that didn’t work and mentioned they could only hold the item for a week. Consequently, I asked them to return it as I couldn’t accept it within that timeframe. On the day I declined delivery, they attempted to drop it off regardless and were about to leave it on my doorstep, which I could see through my doorbell camera. I had to inform them I wasn’t accepting it. I then witnessed the delivery person carelessly toss one of the large boxes back into the vehicle, likely damaging the contents. Meanwhile, the customer support from the company is lacking. They take a long time to respond, are not proactive, and seem solely focused on obtaining a delivery signature, even if it means leaving items exposed to the elements. I've initiated a refund through my credit card. Thankfully, I have footage to verify what transpired. I would recommend avoiding this service and be wary of the positive reviews, as I've come across discussions filled with negative experiences. If you're in the UK, it’s better to choose companies with a local presence for furniture purchases; it’s not worth the trouble, even if their prices appear lower.
