Awful Company. I advised damage to a picture on receipt and sent photographs. I said the goods were sub standard and wanted to return them. So far I’ve been offered 10% discount if I keep it. Then 10% off my next purchase as it would cost me too much to return the items to them. I replied to decline on both occasions. Next two emails say they will replace the damaged one in 9-11 weeks. Both times I’ve refused and said I want to return. Todays email said that as I don’t reply to their emails my complaint has been put on hold. They are a joke. I’ve reported to PayPal now.
