Parcel got there in the end although was late.
I paid for a premium next day service know that it only be customs that would delay the delivery.
My delivery was cleared of customs first thing but then was delayed for no reason.
Rang custom services and spoke to 3 different people. 1 was helpful but didn’t come back the other 2 were not, felt like they read from a script and didn’t want to help at all.
You would be better ordering direct with the courier as I’m sure they’d be able to answer any queries you have quicker and without giving you the standard must wait for 48hr
