Review Time
Easy to use and it also verifies address on the start page for European destinations. Only slight problem is that the export invoice needs to have a review and edit feature as it is easy to make an error with HS codes and country of origin needing to be accurate for customs in delivery country.
I had a very bad experience with Interparcel. My parcel was damaged due to poor handling during delivery. When I contacted customer service, they refused to take responsibility and said the item was “prohibited,”
I lost or missed my item, someone open and took my parcel. I informed the customer care they disconnected my call.
Regardless of whether an item is prohibited, parcels should still be handled with care. The damage was clearly caused by careless handling, not the item itself. I am very disappointed with their service and lack of accountability. I would not recommend Interparcel.
Please request to other user I have bad and most bad experience, hereafter I never suggest inter parcel service to anyone.
The process was generally fine, but I encountered a problem with the address section. After entering my postcode, my address did not appear on the list, despite having lived in my current home for two years. There was no option to enter it manually, which was quite frustrating. It's essential to update the address list or provide a way to input addresses manually.
I ordered two sculptures from the UK, but they were delayed due to new requirements from the current administration. While this wasn't the fault of the service, I would have appreciated better communication between the service and the shipping provider. There were unnecessary requests for forms that had already been completed and submitted by both myself and the artist, which created confusion. Aside from that, it was a positive experience, and both fragile sculptures arrived safely.
This was a frustrating experience. I scheduled a collection that failed, and the service claimed that "the parcel was unavailable for collection" despite being home all day. They offered a 48-hour wait for another collection or suggested I take the parcel to a drop-off location, assuring me that "I didn't need a new label (the consignment number would still work)." However, when I arrived at the drop-off location, the consignment number was invalid, forcing me to return home and re-book with a different provider. Although they agreed to cancel and refund my order after I complained, I wasted a lot of time and missed the event my parcel was meant for. Not satisfied; I'll choose a different option next time.
The parcel included my son's coat, which was bought in another country where he resides. He was visiting for a two-week holiday and only realized at the airport on his way back that he had left his coat at our home. Could you clarify why he had to pay import duty before the parcel was delivered? If this was an error, how can we request a refund? He does have the original purchase receipt.
I was truly impressed after using the service, especially after having disappointing experiences with two other companies. It was a bit on the expensive side, but my parcel reached my brother in the US within 5 days. I would definitely recommend them and will certainly use them again.
I arranged for a 2-day delivery with the company, but they utilized another carrier that guaranteed timely service. It cost me £54.90. They assured me that the package would arrive in 2 days. Unfortunately, the customer reported that the goods were not received on time and canceled the order, resulting in a day-late delivery. I've lost both the delivery cost and a £454 sale, along with additional expenses to return the item. I will not use this service again as they have proven to be unreliable. They have their own terms, which I understand, but relying on a third-party courier who has different conditions is unacceptable. If you can't provide the service yourself, don't offer to ship through another carrier.
