Don’t believe next day delivery they promise and my buyer paid a premium for. Picked surfboard up a day late and delivered it three days later than promised at point of sale.
I should’ve stuck to Parcelforce Large 48 at £28 cheaper. Not impressed and I’ve had to deal with a very worried buyer!
