Signed up to Euro-millions using an app on my iPad and paid a subscription for 8 draws. Of course, I didn’t notice that until too late. After spending ages searching around the app for a way to cancel the subscription (of course, frequently asked questions doesn’t cover cancelling a sub, only trying to get you to gamble more), I finally found what I thought was a link to sign into my account, only to find I’ve got my password wrong. Have requested a link to set up a new password 3 times and a hour later, am still waiting. I wouldn’t care so much except that when I signed up, I received several emails immediately, so not sure what’s happening but I’m very unimpressed by the app and it’s usability.
