Been a player with Uk.Jackpot.com since 2023, just recently account blocked and requested for documents. Sent in all they asked for and nothing is being done, been 7 days. No update whatsoever. Ridiculous service provided, i have withdrawals pending of £3,000 and £1,500 in balance. Very frustrating indeed, made a complaint to which no response as well. Been 6 days since raising a complaint. Now will file a report to the UK Gambling Commission.

Can't say I had any issues. Deposited £110, managed to get it to £1000 through live games and slots, in the end I did two withdrawrals, one for £200 and the another for £390, So £590 worth of withdrawrals in total. Was skeptical about ID verification nonsense when I read the reviews here, but I have to say both withdrawrals came through within around 13 hours of request without any roadblocks. One thing to note, they can't withdraw via bank transfer, despite I deposited that way. you can only withdraw to a card or paypal, so I had to add my card which was straight forward.The slots were ok, most paid out around £30 - 40 from £1 spins, but I did have a big hit on fluffy favourites, £400 from a £1 spin, and it wasn't even free spins, I'm still not sure how I won that from the base game but I'll take it.
