Been a player with Uk.Jackpot.com since 2023, just recently account blocked and requested for documents. Sent in all they asked for and nothing is being done, been 7 days. No update whatsoever. Ridiculous service provided, i have withdrawals pending of £3,000 and £1,500 in balance. Very frustrating indeed, made a complaint to which no response as well. Been 6 days since raising a complaint. Now will file a report to the UK Gambling Commission.
