First bought from Khaadi (UK) last year (summer). However, the fabric thickness, cut and sizes were not to my liking. I returned 95% of the order. It was refunded soon after.Thought I'd try them again this year. I was surprised with the first order. Fabric was better (autumn and winter), sizing was better for me. Returned a few items, they were processed quickly and refunded too.I have ordered more than 5 times this year. I have kept 85% of the items. I have not directly contacted customer service, but my orders are processed after a few days, approx 5 days, sent out via DHL, normally delivered on the right day (but that is a delivery company issue). I use standard delivery, everytime. Items are in the parcel, packed well. When I return, I try to send the items a few days before, as it can take some time to get there. It is processed quickly and they refund the items. I would recommend ordered in advanced, as it can take some time to process and pack the items. Check the sizing guides, as the sizing has changed recently. Check which items you have selected, when completed the form online. Try and send of items a few days before, it can take an extra day to get to them sometimes (that is a delivery company issue though).
