oh my god. where do i even begin. placed an order for my hardworking mother for mothers day on the eleventh of march and paid for premium next day delivery. wanna know what i didnt get... NEXT DAY DELIVERY. but alas, i kept my hopes high. on the thirteenth i was told my parcel was delivered at a pickup point as i wasnt home, WHEN. I. WAS. still, i didn't mind. however upon further inspection i didnt recieve any code and have been trying to get one since. only to find out ITS NOT EVEN THERE AT THE PICKUP POINT ANYMORE AND HAS BEEN SENT BACK TO KHAADI. and nothing has been done since. i've submitted complaint after complaint yet absolutely nothing has been done to help, other than their rather awful support team consistently referring me to a 'relevant team' TWICE that has yet to contact me. sounds a little made up to me. in addition to this they have completely breached GDPR laws as when i was complaining another person's email was leaked to me as apparently all my updates were sent to them instead. never ordering from this place again and i suggest you dont either. still waiting four weeks later...
