Very disappointing experience.I placed an order in mid-December and months later it still hasn’t been delivered. I have contacted customer service multiple times via email and live chat, and each time I receive the same generic response with no real update or resolution. Phone lines are closed, live chat offers no help beyond “we’ll update the team,” and there is no accountability.For a brand of this size, the lack of communication and customer care is unacceptable. Delays can happen, but repeatedly ignoring customers and failing to resolve issues is not okay. I expected much better from Khaadi and would never order from them again.
