I am a loyal customer for Khaadi Stratford since more than a decade. Recently I went for shopping on 27th May bank holiday time was between 4-5. I was selecting some dress near the fitting room. There was a English staff present at the time. She had a rude behaviour and completely ignored me as a customer. On the other hand she was attending other customer without head scarf so nicely. From her body language I can clearly understand that she is a rude. How come Khaadi can employee such racist staff. I was tortured and felt disgusted to be treated in such a way in a PAKISTANI store. I strongly believe that head scarf is not welcomed in the store and mistreat loyal customers with their looks and believes. As I shop repeatedly from khaadi I was never treated in such a way. All staff has always been welcoming carrying a beautiful smile. Well this is a Muslim and PAKISTANI store then I believe that the staff should have sufficient training and knowledge of respecting other nations and be able to acquire knowledge of our ethnic values and culture. I was even more horrified after listening to swearing words song played in the store. It's a PAKISTANI store then Pakistani music should be played as it gives a sense of identity or can play nasheed like it was played in past. The over all experience with KHAADI was disappointing and the senior management should take action against this English lady and send her on training for Customer Service and teach her concepts of DIVERSITY and treat every customer with respect and not be judgemental with their looks .
