Placed order on 14 Dec and they emailed to say I will receive on 16 Dec. Today it is 21 Dec and still no sign of parcel. I have emailed and rang them and they keep on saying you will receive order within next 24 to 48hrs. They have created the order number and taken money from my account but I just get the feeling they have not dispatched the order. Very poor customer service. Bad experience.
