I placed two orders; one last Friday and the other on Saturday, totalling 12 items-I often buy in the shops in Manchester and Bradford but this was my first online order. After placing the orders, I happened to come across their reviews on here and had a complete panic; I contacted them on Monday and spoke to a lovely chap who reassured me that, although they are very busy as it’s sale season, I will get my items before the end of the week. All the items arrived today-Wednesday. They used DPD which is usually better than Evri. They do give you a delivery date of about 3 days but I think their online system can’t understand weekends - So I was given a delivery date of Sunday and Monday but they do say on their website that they don’t deliver at the weekend. All items are the exact sizes I ordered and in mint condition. I’m really pleased it all worked out. I did some digging around their returns policy for all those who might have issues - you can just take any online item back to their shops for a replacement (if they have them in stock) or to swap for an alternative item, which might save you the hassle of an online return, if you’re fortunate enough to live close to a city that has one of their shops. All in all, I’m really pleased it been efficient and I’m likely to shop with them online again as I found it hassle free. All the clothes were of lovely fabrics and quality, and, as it’s sale season, definitely worth the price.
