For a person who has always talked so highly and recommended khaadi to all family and friends, I will never be going there again. As a company you should teach your staff how to respect their elders and learn customer service skills. My mother is quite old and she came back in the car puking due to the way she was treated in khaadi today. I am absolutely disgusted being an international, well known company that you can’t teach your staff the basics. If your staff an incompetent to serve the customers with respect and curtesy then I’m beyond concerned why they are working in such a high-named company. For your staff that haven’t got basic manners I’d politely advice it’s better for them to work in an office where they don’t interact with people, because clearly it’s a hard task for them.
