I was extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Khaadi London Westfield Stratford. While I’ve always appreciated the brand’s clothing, the customer service was shockingly poor. The staff was not only rude but also completely unwilling to help. It felt like any questions or requests I had were an inconvenience to them. There's a basic expectation of courtesy and assistance in any retail environment, especially from a well-known brand like Khaadi, but unfortunately, that was missing. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and works on training their staff to treat customers with more respect.
