Avoid – Poor Service, Delayed Order, and Unhelpful Customer SupportI had an extremely disappointing experience with Khaadi’s online store. I placed an order that was not delivered within a reasonable time, and when I reached out to their **live chat support**, I was met with **rude and dismissive behavior**. I requested to cancel the order since the items were no longer needed, but the agent refused and immediately processed the order despite my clear request.To make matters worse, after this unhelpful exchange, I was blocked from further messaging them on live chat! Imagine if all consumers were treated this way — it would make for an incredibly difficult and frustrating world to shop in. Blocking customers instead of resolving issues is a clear sign of poor customer care and utter disregard for customer satisfaction.This was my first time ordering from Khaadi, and it will definitely be my last. The lack of professionalism and customer service has made me lose trust in the brand. I strongly advise others to think twice before placing an order, as they clearly do not value their customers or provide any meaningful support.
