Not even deserve one star in terms of customer service they send dirty clothes and when you return they said we can’t refund your money as this item is not in good condition you need to collect this item from our warehouse which is 3 hours away from my house. And for my second order I have got postage proof and tracking detail is shows it been delivered but they said we haven’t received your return.It’s shameful and frustrating how they can deny if I have online tracking detail. Please don’t shop from Khaadi save your money.
