U had a missing kurti from my parcel. Had contacted Khaadi help desk who said they had escalated to relevant team and I’ll get an email. Got an email saying that the Kurta had been sent and they had sent me an image of the parcel being delivered, that wasn’t my issue my issue was a kurta being missed in parcel. I had asked them to send me proof that the kurta was sent, they said case is now closed as the warehouse team said 10 items were sent. It can be human error where it hadn’t been placed in parcel but Khaadi were being arrogant and closed case without customer satisfaction
