My experience with this store was very appalling the girl at the counter short hair she has no experience of customer service and does not know how to deal with customers? I think she is under experienced and was taking too long to deal with customer issues. The Manager was not helpful at all. There was an indian guy who was in the shop while I was at the till to be served the girl was taking too long and making customers wait. I had to check size and price again and she decided to serve customer while I told her to wait so I can check the price again on the item. The Indian guy who was at the customer counter with his wife became very extremely aggressive and had abusive behaviour towards me because he did not want to wait and I asked his wife that I was being served and you jumped in without me knowing. Very disgusting behaviour this indian guy don't know how to respect women in public. If you receive this kind of behaviour please report to the Westfield Stratford Mall customer service department. I realised there is only one lady at the till and she is always taking too long and the Asian customers are becoming very aggressive to wait in the queues for too long.Overall I would not recommend to shop here as there customer service is very bad. Also the Refund policies are not good you have 2 weeks to return item and sale items 1 week only exchange policy. There priority is not to refund customers money back and prefer to do exchange in return.
