Was excited to see a Black Friday deal of a discount plus free gifts as I had been wanting to try this for ages. Expected delivery was by 16th November, that came and went, the tracking didn't update at all from 15th so I contacted them with no response at all, commented on Facebook which all got deleted and now my order is saying delivered which it hasn't been. I did eventually get a response from an email saying 'it has been dispatched' they couldn't care less. Very quick at asking for a review on how easy it was to navigate the website though, I imagine that is so they can boost their rating and push down the honest reviews which are far from favourable. Don't be fooled by the UK website address, they're Australian so even if it had arrived it would've taken forever.So I know have no product and have lost £28, lesson learned, will never trust an advert on social media again. Total scam
