Purchased the LED light mask and also the Peptide Infusion Serum
The LED mask is very uncomfortable, even wearing it loosely the rubber around the eyes and nose is hard, it hurts and leaves a mark on my nose every time, the serum does absolutely nothing (have been using since December to give it a chance so 3 months later and I wouldn’t recommend

Now, I'm left with a flimsy product that clearly doesn't meet health standards. To make matters worse, I ordered an additional unit for my mother before the initial one even arrived, so I'm stuck with two subpar items. All I want is a refund and to cut ties with this company. My initial complaint seemed fair, but it's disappointing because the product had potential if not for the poor materials and lack of customer support. Very untrustworthy.
