THIS IS ALSO COMPLETELY DIFFERENT RESPONSE TO WHAT YOU GAVE ME TO MY EMAIL WHICH YOU HAVENT RESOLVED AND ARE NOW IGNORING ME. I AM A LOYAL LONG TERM CUSTOMER BUT I WILL NOT BE USING YOU EVER AGAIN.I had an email that clearly stated Free Delivery but I was still charged £5 postage! I have emailed you as I expect this to be refunded as your email clearly stated free delivery with my code.
