I was sent an email letting me know that after my original purchase from the website, I was being offered a gift. However, when I followed the prompts, I was confused by being sent in circles as I clicked on the prompts. It turned out I had to make another purchase to get the free offer. I did actually make a purchase, but I do feel somewhat conned into it, and I don't feel good about that. (I suggest making it clear that the offer comes with strings attached.)
