Misleading offers. Still advertised and communicated after expiry.Hard to navigate the website for offers and final costs. Too late once checked out to discover the offer didn't apply. Too long a response time from customer services to correct the price charged or to cancel the order which I requested the moment the payment was taken.Shame as products are good.EDIT - thank you for your prompt reply and assurance regarding resolution. I had already emailed the support email you mention on 25th and 26th November, with screenshots and my order number. I have done so again now 27th Nov. I look forward to hearing from you.
