Delivered to the WRONG city and state!?! UniExpress had plenty of time to fix the mistake but still delivered 3 days later. Both Lux Skin and UniExpress were notified, yet neither took responsibility. I really do like the product, but the customer service experience was terrible. I’ll be switching to Amazon for a competitive product with far better service.
