I ordered from luxskin as they was giving a free gift of your choice with every purchase, I was charged for the free gift and when I emailed luxskin about they said they would send me a free gift if I paid £6 delivery for it. They also didn't offer to reimburse me for the so called free gift that they charged me £9 for.
