The courier service used Yodel lost my parcel.Lux were really slow when I asked for help then kept asking more questions to stall refunding or helping me.Yodel emailed me to say it was lost, Lux still wouldn’t accept it and wouldn’t refund or resend.Would never buy from them again ever completely unhelpful, customer service is non existent Luckily the parcel turned up really late but somehow managed to get to me eventually! No thanks to Lux ! The serum seemed ok just the machine is cheap and flimsy, I can’t bear going through customer services again to return! AVOID!
