I ordered the ‘make your ex jealous’ bundle, at the time I ordered on the 10th July, it’ stated it came with a free face and neck sculptor. When the items arrived it was not with the bundle, I emailed the customer service to ask where it was and was told it was an old promotion from June and I wouldn’t be receiving the face and neck sculptor, but if I wasn’t happy I could return the items I had received but I would have to pay the cost of the return! I sent them a screen shot of the bundle at the time I ordered showing it was still being advertised on the website and asking if they were going to honour the promotion they were advertising and they have stopped responding to my emails! But continue to email me to ask to leave a review! I left a negative review but these don’t seem to go onto the website.
