We read all the glowing reviews on the company’s website. Two weeks ago, we ordered two pairs of boots. I started using the Sertig 11 MID GTX for dog walks, covering distances of about 5 km. On this morning's 3 km walk, the right boot began to leak, leaving me with a wet sock upon returning home. We contacted the company and are now waiting for a return label, as they claim it’s a warranty issue. They promised to send the label next week. In my view, boots that fail within such a short time frame should not even qualify for a warranty but rather be considered defective. They mentioned it could take a week to ten days to assess the boots after their return.
