I've reached out to their leadership and expressed that if I don't receive a resolution within two weeks, I will escalate the issue to my bank for a refund. They seem to be operating unethically and should be held accountable under consumer rights regulations.

On this morning's 3 km walk, the right boot began to leak, leaving me with a wet sock upon returning home. In my view, boots that fail within such a short time frame should not even qualify for a warranty but rather be considered defective. They mentioned it could take a week to ten days to assess the boots after their return.
