Terrible warranty service that somehow leaves you worse off than when you sent your product in, with no help from their customer service who don't understand how warranties or consumer rights work - not set up to help you nor care about you as a consumer - seriously AVOID!My GE76 Raider Laptop (£2.5k+) had a graphical issue that I had sent to repair tech to be fixed before the 27 month warranty expired. First time they replaced the mainboard but the graphical glitch remained.Second time and they replaced my entire monitor panel with a new one that has some of the worst example of backlight bleed I've ever seen in my 20+ years of computer use. They also did not reassemble my laptop back together properly with my power cable not fully connected and WIFI antennas not connected which forced me to fix myself after spending an entire day of trying to troubleshoot assuming driver issues.Third time, I emailed and asked for a replacement instead of a repair and was assured (I emailed to double check) that an alternative to a repair should be possible once RepairTech confirm the issues. I sent my laptop off in good confidence, I mean issues with repairs happen sometimes?A good few weeks passed and I had no news of a replacement offer and after emailing them they informed me that my laptop went outside warranty and they could not offer a replacement because of this, I had to explain that the fault from when the first claim was raised was not fixed so how is not no longer in warranty - they eventually conceded after arguing back and forth.I've now been offered a replacement laptop that has worse specs and is from a budget range with a smaller screen with half the refresh rate of what I sent and its 'all they can offer due to stock' and it's a 'goodwill gesture' or I can have my old laptop back which is now fixed by their top agent by using an MSI restore point and using windows update which is something they already completed on the first repair and I've done myself 2 times (it actually asks you to try this yourself before raising a warranty claim - Any tech minded person will try this surely??). Also during my communications they mention nothing of the screen being replaced which I mentioned multiple times to them!!I am over 90 days without use of my laptop now with no resolution in sight... Would not recommend MSI to anyone.
