Made a claim for water pump and head gasket failure. They stated they were only going to partially pay for the damage, they wont cover the head gasket as they don't cover consequentially damage caused to one part by the failure of another. This is not highlighted in their T&C's and they admitted this on the phone. This highlights the company fails its customers on several consumer duty regulations:Consumer understanding,Fair value,Consumer support.and simply looks to limit claim expenditure at the expense of good customer outcomes hoping that the customer will just roll over and accept their decision without knowing their rights. one of their company values is listed below, I think they should asses this as they clearly dont uphold it.
