I ordered a dog tracker from them. After seeing some feedback I missed prior to ordering I followed their instructions and sent email cancelling the order. I ordered and cancelled within an hour and it was a Sunday. On Monday morning I received an email saying before thry could process my request thry wanted to know why I cancelled. I did that immediately then got email saying its too late its awaiting dispatch from the warehouse. I replied that I was in the cooling off period and if its not left the warehouse thry can cancel it and not waste time. Suffice to say I received a number of other emails saying its too late. In yhe end after saying they could of saved their time and cost of dealing with me and all the emails by picking up the phone to the warehouse at the start finally they decided as a 'gesture' thry have cancelled the order and refunding all of my money. Firstly there are some fake reviews about their product on line, secondly dont use them. However finally if you did like myself keep at it to get them to cancel at some point its in their interests to cancel and refund rather than getting so many emails!
