This product is incredibly disappointing. The pan is so poorly made that it's almost comical. After just one use, it ended up in the trash. While there is a money-back guarantee, it requires you to cover the return shipping to the UK. Since I'm in Australia, I was only offered a 30% refund, which is better than nothing, I guess. I strongly advise against buying this pan.
I ordered a dog tracker from them. After seeing some feedback I missed prior to ordering I followed their instructions and sent email cancelling the order. I ordered and cancelled within an hour and it was a Sunday. On Monday morning I received an email saying before thry could process my request thry wanted to know why I cancelled. I did that immediately then got email saying its too late its awaiting dispatch from the warehouse. I replied that I was in the cooling off period and if its not left the warehouse thry can cancel it and not waste time. Suffice to say I received a number of other emails saying its too late. In yhe end after saying they could of saved their time and cost of dealing with me and all the emails by picking up the phone to the warehouse at the start finally they decided as a 'gesture' thry have cancelled the order and refunding all of my money. Firstly there are some fake reviews about their product on line, secondly dont use them. However finally if you did like myself keep at it to get them to cancel at some point its in their interests to cancel and refund rather than getting so many emails!
I ordered a Pro Vacuum cleaner on 2nd October. and still waiting for delivery. I can now see that it’s coming from China. I would not have bought it had I known this. Osmo tried to get me to take out additional insurance. I refused. It’s their responsibility to deliver the item to me. I hope it does the job I know the difficulty of getting anything back from items that have come from China. Suggested delivery 25th Oct. Beware. Misrepresentation if ever I saw one.
Waited several weeks for delivery of what turned out to be a different model dashcam than the one I ordered and this without the additional components that were part of the original order.After two weeks of dealing with customer services they offered a 10% refund for missing items, quoted £12.90 but the amount refunded was only £10.22 which is less than 10% of the price I paid and definitely not £12.90.
My partner bought an item and have yet to receive a tracking number or any delivery information . Have tried to contact them to cancel the order and am not receiving any response.The company are not displaying adequate contact information on their webpage and it is unclear where they are doing business from .A US phone number is not practical not appropriate for customers in UK who thought they were buying from a UK company.Agree with other people that this company should be avoided and need investigation by Trading Standards and not be allowed to advertise or trade .
OSMO official is terrible, do not purchase anything from them. Following an interesting discount I ordered an item (with shipping taking 7-15 d) but cancelled the order within 2 hrs when I became aware of negative reviews for item in question. The customer team emailed saying the order had already been fully processed and item already in dispatch and that there was nothing they could do. The only option was to wait for it to arrive and then return to them at our own expense. However, I received an automated email saying that the processing of order had only been initiated (but not completed). I forwarded this to the customer team but they are not replying to me. I guess their customer team is being instructed not to cancel orders and to create an inconvenience for customers by forcing them to return the items at their own expense. What a terrible company. Also there is no official registration of this company in Companyhouse; it is kind of paired with a Norwegian company called Seth Media AS; but their contact tel number is US based. So no easy way to get in touch with them. Just do not purchase anything from them. I will update the review once I receive my refund or not.
They put a completely wrong picture. Wasn't even the same product as advertised. They consistently said it was the right one but there previous model. I see that model no where on there website. I only see one that is 25. When they charged me 135 for something that wasn't even in the Pic. Then tried too gaslight me into believing that's what I purchased. Now they want me too send it back with out giving me a shipping label??
The product is far too big for a cat to wear. The instructions are so poor that for anyone with a basic understanding in technology they are impossible. It is not clear and up front that a SIM card is required. My gps stopped working in less than a month and wouldn’t charge. The product hadn’t even been attached to my cats collar as I was still trying to figure out how it operates. Really wouldn’t recommend for anyone to buy.
As with other customers. This tracker arrived but was too big for a cat. They offered me15% reduction. I sent it back to Batley, it was refused receipt and they then said keep it having deducted £10 off me for restocking costs. Plus my postage costs. This is an absolute scam. I am now going to pursue them for rest of costs after reading these comments.
