Waited several weeks for delivery of what turned out to be a different model dashcam than the one I ordered and this without the additional components that were part of the original order.After two weeks of dealing with customer services they offered a 10% refund for missing items, quoted £12.90 but the amount refunded was only £10.22 which is less than 10% of the price I paid and definitely not £12.90.
