I ordered a Pro Vacuum cleaner on 2nd October. and still waiting for delivery. I can now see that it’s coming from China. I would not have bought it had I known this. Osmo tried to get me to take out additional insurance. I refused. It’s their responsibility to deliver the item to me. I hope it does the job I know the difficulty of getting anything back from items that have come from China. Suggested delivery 25th Oct. Beware. Misrepresentation if ever I saw one.
