OSMO official is terrible, do not purchase anything from them. Following an interesting discount I ordered an item (with shipping taking 7-15 d) but cancelled the order within 2 hrs when I became aware of negative reviews for item in question. The customer team emailed saying the order had already been fully processed and item already in dispatch and that there was nothing they could do. The only option was to wait for it to arrive and then return to them at our own expense. However, I received an automated email saying that the processing of order had only been initiated (but not completed). I forwarded this to the customer team but they are not replying to me. I guess their customer team is being instructed not to cancel orders and to create an inconvenience for customers by forcing them to return the items at their own expense. What a terrible company. Also there is no official registration of this company in Companyhouse; it is kind of paired with a Norwegian company called Seth Media AS; but their contact tel number is US based. So no easy way to get in touch with them. Just do not purchase anything from them. I will update the review once I receive my refund or not.
