Awful. Avoid at all costs. I've never reviewed a company here before and certainly have never given a bad review for a company, but I felt compelled to to in this case. Ordered their heated gloves after seeing them recommended in Reader's Digest Online. They took over a week to arrive. I followed the instructions and looked forward to having warm hands on my early morning walk... only to find the gloves don't work! They barely get warm and make no difference at all on a cold day. Regular knitted mittens are better. No wonder they are always on sale! Getting hold of someone to find out how to return is a challenge and the cost to return them (which the customer has to pay) is astronomical because they are based in China (not made clear on the website anywhere I could see) They offered me a 15% refund and I have now taken that as I can't be bothered to waste more time and money on this. Their 4.5 star reviews on the website are clearly fake. In summary? Absolutely awful company. Product doesn't work. Avoid at all costs.
