Horrendous company, ordered some heated gloves, which eventually arrived more than 3 weeks later. They are too big, of shoddy quality and don't work. They are supposed to be switched on with 3 settings on the outside of the gloves, but they don't, the switch doesn't communicate with the inside of the gloves. I have been trying to contact them since the gloves arrived 6 days ago to get a return address for a refund, and there has been no engagement at all, they; 've replied to one email asking for a video of the gloves - I refused - how can you tell from a video if the gloves are heating up inside? that was 5 days ago - nothing since, despite me following up several times. Avoid at all costs !!
